We offer a full 14 day Return & Refund Policy.

However, the item purchased must be in it’s original condition, and within it’s original packaging. All tags, and other associated items regarding your purchase should also be returned within the original packaging. All returns and their associated postal/shipping costs when returning the item to D.P Equine are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact info@dpequine.com for address details.

After we receive your item, it will be inspected, and if it complies with our Return & Refund Policy, then a refund will be issued. In the case of items of incorrect size, these items must be returned in a condition that is unused, including all tags, and returned in original packaging, and return postage/shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that D.P Equine has sent you the wrong item, or the wrong colour of item, or the wrong size, then all associated costs with correcting this error, will be the responsibility of D.P Equine.

We wanted to keep control of our brand and talk to our consumers directly via our website.

We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed, but you can use our 14 day refund policy to return the items.

If the item does not fit then simply return the item using our 14 day returns and refund policy.

Please place a new order for the correct size as a separate transaction. This is the quickest way to get the goods to you in the correct size.

We have taken great care to ensure that the product photos on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor or screen. Social media posts and customer photos may differ slightly in colour from the actual products.
